About Sean

Sean Troy Leslie is the proud owner and creator of STL FITNESS. He is a Certified Weight Instructor and Personal Trainer who believes fitness is a journey full of experience and culture.

Sean began his love for fitness on the ski hills at the early age of 2 years old and loved every minute of it. His parents raised him on the slopes where he joined the Fort McMurray Alpine team for downhill racing. Sports were a way for him to get out and be a part of something bigger. In the summers, he spent them playing baseball and soccer where he began learning about leadership and teamwork! His real passion is weight training which he started at 15 years old.

Sean takes pride in the lifestyle he chooses and wants to encourage others to start believing in themselves. With an upbeat attitude and a passion to give, he will empower you to feel the same way!

What to expect from working with STL FITNESS?

When you train with STL Fitness you will have an energetic, positive and empowering experience. Sean will show you how to work in the weight room properly with great form and posture. You will feel healthier, stronger and more energetic each day you train. You will be encouraged and start meeting your goals which will naturally lead to bigger and better things in your life. Sean will help you reach any of your goals, whether you are looking to lose weight, gaining muscles, help with pain management, flexibility and mobility or just want to improve your overall health. With one on one training, he will consistently keep you motivated, positive and on the right path to your fitness goals!
